If you already have your architectural drawings, engineering, specifications and documentation ready for building permit, then we can still build your home for you.

We do provide a service for design that takes you from your initial concept through to your completed home. 

However, we are quite happy to provide you with a service of constructing your new home.

1. Fixed Pricing and Proposal

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once the working drawings and associated documentation have been completed we can provide you with a fixed price for your new home and proposal. This proposal includes all your chosen specifications and gives you security and certainty as you head into the construction stage of your project.

 

 

 

 

2. Building Contract

 

 

 

 

 

Once you have accepted our proposal, including final plans and detailed specifications, we prepare a Master Builders Contract for you. This contract outlines the construction process and the various stages of the build.

This is also the stage where we apply for the Building Permit, collating all relevant documentation and forwarding to your nominated Building Surveyor for approval. Once approval is received we will commence construction within 21 days.

 

 

 

3. Construction

 

 

 

 

Shortly after you have signed the contract and the building approval has been obtained, we can start construction of your new home.

We maintain high quality standards with our construction methods and ensure that these are met throughout each stage of the construction process.

We maintain regular communications with you throughout the construction of your new home, including regular site meetings, phone discussions and communication through our online portal.

 

 

 

 

4. Completion

 

 

 

 

 

Upon completion of your home, Xavier Homes obtains and provides you with a Certificate of Occupancy.  We perform a final walk-through with you and arrange a hand-over, providing you with our warranty information and your Home Owner’s Manual.

 

 

 

 

5. Commitment to Maintenance

 

 

 

 

 

Our commitment doesn’t stop at Handover. We have on ongoing commitment to you and provide you with a 3 month maintenance period after completion. We also provide a 6 year structural warranty.
